These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the Konkrd website, mobile site, mobile application, and digital locker (“Platform”). By using and accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is owned and operated by Konkrd Pty Ltd ABN 88 683 257 927 (“Konkrd”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

We may amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our Platform and will be effective from the date of publication. By continuing to use and access the Platform after this date, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

(a) Konkrd operates under Australian consumer protection standards and any relevant financial services regulations and laws. Our goal is to uphold the highest levels of compliance and transparency.

(c) We aim to address complaints promptly, and where relevant in accordance with PHIIA standards, but we may need to contact you or need more time to resolve any issues. If you remain dissatisfied, or you prefer to seek external help, you can contact:

(i) Commonwealth Ombudsman, for complaint resolution; or

(ii) Private Health Insurance Ombudsman, for information or complaints about private health cover.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

14.2 No Waiver

If we fail to enforce any right under these Terms, it does not mean we waive that right.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any disclaimers displayed on our Platform, form the entire agreement between you and Konkrd regarding your use of the Platform.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
